Hey Urthan, great to see you brother! I see the smooth transition of your articles are going well. When you have everything you want over here, don't forget to adde the 'Delete' template on your old articles and leave a message in the deletion talk on the fanon wikia so that he doesn't get accused for self-plagiarism because your on two wikis at once. Once again...glad to have you!
Hey Urthan, no problem man..glad to help! Sure, I have no problem doing some artwork for your Mourning Wardens. The colour scheme isn't bad, they primarily need a Chapter icon so I can add that. If there's any other ideas you want me to incorporate, just let me know. Thanks! Oh..one last thing, did you add those delete tags on your articles on the other wiki? Just checking..Thanks!
RE: Sons of Iron Art
I would be honoured to hook you up with some additional artwork for your Sons of Iron! I'll get right on it! I'll let you know when I'm done. Stay tuned...
Can join & we can give u your tags. Hope to see ya soon!
I think it's an excellent idea! I say go for it! You could always say your Successor Chapter was authorised to be created before their progenitor's gene-seed or questionable characteristics started to show up. I think it would make for some engaging storytelling and for a more interesting read. Have fun coming up with a Successor! I look forward to reading it.
Was looking over your Storm Angels article and just wanted to ask you about the color scheme. Personally, not super crazy about the primary colors for the main theme for your chapter. I do really like the color scheme of your death company though and just wanted to ask you about maybe changing the primary scheme to this for your chapter? I might go ahead and do a image to show you to see what you think.
Going through the recent images you have added to the wiki here, I noticed that you missed the Licensing and the proper Categories for your images. This is something that needs to be done by every user. We can get into a lot of trouble by not doing this by the wiki people and the artist of the image if it is someone else's image being used. Please refer to the guides to see how to License a image here:
After reading this over & looking at the Visual Guide provided to give you a example of how to do this, if you have any questions in the future, pleases ask myself, Algrim Whitefang, or Ordinators. This will now be considered your only verbal warning, for this causes a lot of unnecessary work for the admins when we are already quite busy as it is on here. Please take the time to look over the guide provided. Algrim went ahead and added both licensing and the categories part so you can see and use as a example. Just a friendly reminder to you good sir.
Hey Urthan, It's me again. Thought I'd share an example of a potential colour scheme you might like. Achilles started this pic, and I went into high-gear and blinged him out. Thought a potential compromise for the colour scheme might look something like this. I toned down the blow from the garish turquoise colour, and turned in more greyish-blue like the original IX Legion at the time of the Great Crusade. Here's some pics for comparison. Let me know what you think. If you don't like it, just let me know. Thanks!
Storm Angels Company Champion. Note: More subdued greyish-blue colour, which evokes the overall colours of the tumultuous oceans of their watery homeworld.
Storm Angels Tactical Marine.
IX Legion original colour scheme at the time of the Great Crusade. Note: The same subdued greyish-blue colour.
Just saw your latest edition. You have any idea what colours or livery you want these Sons of the Lion to be wearing. Would love to hook you up with some art for your Seekers. Just let me know. Take care!
