Gronka da Kollekta is an Ork tribe leader known for his hobby of collecting or depending on sight point stealing or scavanging rare items or objects rousing his interest. Entire wars were begun because Gronka wanted to enlarge his collection while having his fun. He is a greedy Ork rumoured to also have a giant storage of teefs gained by war, scavanging and his hunt for questionable valuable objects.

Biography[]

When Gronka was born remains unknown as where he was born. Some Ork Boyz swear that he once was a member of WAAAGH! Skramz originating in Segmentum Obscurus wreaking havoc through the Segmentum Ultimar and even hitting the fringes of Segmentum Solar. After the WAAAGH!s splittering joined Gronka a group of Orks manning a Kill Kroozer traveling through the galaxy and hitting 20 years later Segmentum Tempestus.

After reaching Tempestus realised the Orks something: they lacked a prober fight and food. This meant that the Agri World TH-45 became the target of concentrated Ork might. The Grox herds offered food for decades and the fungi farms in TH-45s caves were a welcomed sources of fungi beer and also food. And the defenders offered a good fight for the Orks. The Mechanicus defenders relayed heavily on Imperial roboters who were tough enemies but to tough for the battle starved Orks. For Gronka was TH-45 a grandios opportunity to realy start his collection with a looted Skorpius Dunerider which he personally captured from the crew and the transported Skittari which in his words "insultat tat red wundafol tingi". Looting such a vehicle let him rise in the ranks of his Warband to a minor Nob giving him even more oppertunities to get to looted artefacts or more place to store his collection.

But Gronka saw with the time how his Trbe wasted chances to scavenge for rare items insteat chosed to scavange for objects like metal or some improvised vehicles. And such wasted opportunity stole from his collection through prevention of new "findings". A simple thought formed in Gronkas skull: if he nudges his boss into new battles he would get more chances to loot. But subtlety, the thing needed for nudging, was never an Orks strenght meaning that Gronka just drove his looted Skorpius Dunerider over his boss and the Nobz loyal to him. Such drastic action - and out of place defination of nudging someone into battle - brought reason to the reason-resitant Xenos, combined with the promise of more fights established Gronka da Kollekta as the leader of his Warband.

Personality[]

Gronka is even for a Deathskull obsesed with looting and salvaging but the major difference is that he loots and steals things and even animals who would be otherwise ignored and then seen commonly as upgrades for creations or as material for new creations. Orks see powefull weapons or heads from killed foes as thropies, potential ones able to be used as weapons, however only Gronka can see the value and rarity of objects like the Blood of Isha and collect them even if they aren`t usable for fighting. This is why some Ordo Xenos Inquisitors are convinced that he is one of the smartest Orks alive and fear that he could be a step to a next species of evolved Orks.

But he is also an example that esteeming objects who have no conventional use isn`t a sign for intelligence. Gronka is even for an Ork in subtlety or in strategic thinking. He is infamouse for the use of forces too weak or too overpowered for tasks, like sending out a group of `eavies against a Super-Heavy Tank Company or to order dozens of heavy gunz against a light fortified position.

Appearance[]

Gronka da Kollekta is a 5,67 metres high Orkoid with an estimated weight of 690 kg. His left hand was cut off for an artificial hand which can be exchanged for a Power Saw which is rotatable. A mechanical arm with suprisingly strong claw was in implanted on his right shoulder blade. His weapons were in black and blue for more luck and deathlier hits. He wears a 'ard armour painted in blue and grey.

Wargear[]

Power Saw - The rotatable saw is mounted on Gronkas left artificial hand but can be exchanged for a regular artificial hand.
Dakka Shoota - A triple-barrel shoota for faster fire power.
Speshul Shoota - A shotgun able to kick the hit target of its feet.
mechanical arm - A unique implant for Gronka is his mechanical third arm for lifting up light objects and the klaw constructed on it can still crush bones

Tribe[]

His Tribe is simply called da Kombat Krew. The Kombat Krew is known for its armoured vehicles, mechanized infantry and siege artillery. As Deathskulls is the Kombat Krew good supplied with looted vehicles, supplies and materials for repairing. Most Orks keep a watchfull eye on them when they are near them thanks to the Deathskull attidute to steal or in their terms to loot the propierties from other Orks even when the Orks are on their site. Gronka commands a Warband of the size of 12.000 Orks with 80 Battlewagons, 55 Gunwagons, 250 Looted Wagons, 1 Gun Fortress, 1 Looted Skorpius Dunerider, 30 light Walkers, 15 Soopa Guns, 17 Supa-kannons, 1 Supa-Zzap-Gun and 30 Flyers.
