This article is comprised of a complete list of all the fanon Necron Dynasties listed here on the WH40K Homebrew Wiki. Along with a brief synopsis of each Dynasty, this list also serves as a visual reference. Included in this list are Expanded Universe Dynasty. This list does not include Necron Dynasties that fall into the humour category. This is an ongoing project, and as such, additional Dynasty will be added or removed accordingly. For those Dynasty that are missing from the list, please feel free to edit this article and add it, or if the Dynasty article has been deleted, feel free to remove it.
Crownworld Ahhomopet, located in the Segmentum Tempestus
The Ahhomopet Dynasty is a warrior dynasty that uses its soldiers purely as weapons. their awakenings have been known to end in the total annihilation of biological life on worlds. their colors are silver, bronze, gold and red
The Alzulumat Dynasty is a powerful Necron Dynasty that awoken in 701.M41. After their original Phaeron, Anhothes, suffered from the Necron Destroyer, his son Neburekh took command. Reuniting the Dynasty and absorbing lesser ones under his rule, Neburekh now focuses on awakening other Tomb Worlds and bringing them under his command and recovering the lost technology and artefacts of his people. Along with that he seeks out C'tan Shards across the galaxy, specifically those of the Void Dragon itself, and wars with many of the galaxies' races.
The Amkeph dynasty is a small Dynasty that went into the great sleep packed into the tombs of twin planets Grenalis and Egatis. Through the millennia Imperial terraforming had transformed the once barren rock into a verdant jungle world. The roots worming their way into the great tombs, disrupting awakening protocols and breaking necrodermis.
Not Available; somewhere in the Segmentum Tempestus
The mighty Harakhte Dynasty ruled a large portion of the south-western quadrant of the Galaxy in the Days of the Wars in Heaven. The Dynasty's penultimate Phaeron, Amuntekh the Glorious, was one of the last Triarchs, slain during the Revolt against the C'tan at the end of the Ancient Wars. He should have been succeeded as Triarch by his heir but instead the Dynasty and the entire Necron Empire was plunged into the Great Sleep.
The Khafretekh Dynasty is a void-based Necron Dynasty whose Tomb Worlds were lost in the last days of the Great Sleep. The Crownworld originally situated on the southern edge of the Segmentum Tempestus, their territories were swallowed by the coming of Hive Fleet Leviathan. The remnants of their dynasty now roam the void in the form of a single powerful battlefleet, which houses the entirety of the dynasty's few remaining armies. These armies, and the fleet itself, can most commonly be seen striking at Tyranid Hive Fleet tendrils, especially in defense of still-awakening tomb worlds.
The Krasnayotek Dynasty is a recently awakened Necron Dynasty that come from the Tomb World of Ahrdalmaerifa. They are obsessed with the recovering of lost technologies and artifacts, no matter it costs.
They already clashed on numerous occasions with the Imperium, especially the Adeptus Mechanicus who try to prevent these Xenos to pervert the work of the Machine God.
The Lykhaz Dynasty is a recently awakened Necron Dynasty that come from the Tomb World of Orinok. They openly worship the C'tan Mag'ladroth, the Void Dragon and seek it's secrets of ultimate power. They have fought a number of times with the Imperium and many other nearby civilizations.
The Nehebkau Dynasty resides in the Segmentum Obscurus. When they woke up they discovered that many of their forces had become mad over the millennia of sleep, and become part of the Destroyer Cult.
The Queroth Dynasty are a headstrong and independent dynasty that originally hailed from the noble Nephrekh. Their experiments with a fusion of blackstone and metagold led them to what would later be known as Sector Baikal, where they set up a small network of Blackstone Pylons to hold back the Maelstrom. During the Horus Heresy, Naphrahum was damaged and this network faultered, causing the Warp Surges that have terrorised Sector Baikal for 10 millenia.
The Sacarelic Dynasty is a Necron dynasty structure. Having appeared all across the northern part of the Ultima Segmentum. It appears to be split up in several organizations known as Foundations. These foundations are each having fielded forces the size of a planetary population and will employ their own tactics during combat.
The dynasty's goal appears to attack agri-worlds and raid supply lines. Yet after the opening of the great rift it has become dangerously more active and not even Hive worlds or fortress worlds are safe from its genocidal agenda. Lead by a Phaeron equally as murderous and relentless as he is effecient. Sending the foundations out to perform their duties to rebuild their home world.
